Van Gogh’s Chair, in Kyoto

I stayed in a simple room in Kyoto at the time of my residency*, and there was waiting for me – a Van Gogh’s Chair. Plain, simple, but beautiful looking and nearly identical to Van Gogh’s chair.

I drew the chair with background colours resembling Van Gogh’s colours in his painting.

Quick drawing with colour pens on an old Japanese political book. The Japanese book was found in the street.
